Adult acne, changing skin, and a routine that works for you.

Enrollment opens soon. Get a look at what’s inside below.

If you’re over 35 and trying to figure out why you’re dealing with breakouts, dry patches, or both, you’re in the right place. The Skin Reset is a written, self-paced skincare course that helps you understand what you’re seeing, sort through your products, and build a routine you can keep up with.

I’ve struggled with acne most of my life. Finding a routine I felt good about sticking with is a big part of why I started Glow Era Skin Studio. This course is for anyone who’s ever stood at the bathroom sink, looked at a row of bottles, and wondered where to start.

What you’ll learn

  • Understand how skin can change in adulthood and decide which concern to focus on first.
  • Learn how to approach adult breakouts, dryness, uneven tone, and early signs of aging without changing your whole routine at once.
  • Put your morning and evening products in order and make a realistic 30-day plan.

The six lessons

  1. Understanding Your Skin After 35. Learn the basics, pick one priority, and get to know your skin with a checklist and seven-day journal.
  2. Understanding Adult Acne. Learn common types of breakouts, everyday care habits, and when to get help.
  3. Aging Skin and Ingredients. Learn what common ingredients are used for and how to introduce a new product thoughtfully.
  4. Your Morning Routine. Put together a practical routine with sun protection and room for the steps you find helpful.
  5. Your Nighttime Routine. Take off the day’s products, make room for treatment if you use one, and moisturize.
  6. Your 30-Day Skin Reset. Turn what you’ve learned into a plan you can follow and adjust based on what you observe.

How enrollment works

When enrollment opens, a one-time purchase will include all six written lessons and seven fillable, printable worksheets. After enrolling, you’ll sign in to open your student course hub and work through the lessons at your own pace.

Set aside about 15 minutes for Lesson 1. Have a pen or your phone handy so you can jot down what you already use and what you’d like to understand better. You can start with the products you already own.

If you’d like a quick reference for product order, you can still use my free skincare routine guide alongside the course.

This course is for skincare education. A board-certified dermatologist can help diagnose or treat persistent, painful, or changing symptoms.

Your skin, your era.
